We stand behind Field Day completely. If you try it and it's not for you, we'll make it right — no hassle. Simply contact us within 30 days of delivery, return any unused portion, and we'll issue a full refund.

Because we want real feedback from real use, we do honor returns on opened bags — but refunds are limited to one per customer and require the remaining product to be returned. We're not able to issue refunds on bags that have been fully consumed.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
