Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. In such cases, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions which will be clearly stated on the website.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the order has been shipped.


Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase.

Field Day is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Field Day is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

However, you may also contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.


Delayed Shipments

Delivery times may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs processing (for international orders)

  • High shipping demand
